红河油田CO_2/泡沫驱缓蚀剂研究与应用

采用室内旋转挂片法测定了自制的一种咪唑啉类两性缓蚀剂HGC2-2在模拟CO2/泡沫驱系统中的缓蚀性能。结果表明,在最优浓度500mg/L下,缓蚀剂HGC2-2对N80和J55挂片的缓蚀率达到90%以上,同时与现场所用的起泡剂具有良好的配伍性能,对温度和CO2分压具有良好的适应能力。现场应用结果表明,HGC2-2缓蚀剂能将注入流程金属的腐蚀速率降低至0.076mm/a以下,同时也能大幅度减缓采出流程的腐蚀,两口见气油井产出水中铁离子含量分别降低78%和85%,有效缓解了红河油田CO2/泡沫驱的腐蚀,可满足红河油田CO2/泡沫驱的缓蚀要求。 The corrosion inhibition performance of a self-made imidazoline ampholytic corrosion inhibitor, HGC2-2, in a simulated CO2 / foam flooding system was determined by an indoor rotary coupon method. The results showed that under the optimal concentration of 500mg / L, the corrosion inhibition rate of HGC2-2 to N80 and J55 coupons was more than 90%, at the same time, it had good compatibility with the foaming agent used in the field, CO2 partial pressure has good adaptability. The field application results show that HGC2-2 corrosion inhibitor can reduce the corrosion rate of metal in the injection process below 0.076mm / a, and greatly reduce the corrosion rate in the production process. The content of iron ions in the two wells respectively The decrease of 78% and 85%, respectively, effectively mitigated the CO2 / foam flooding corrosion in Honghe Oilfield and satisfied the requirement of CO2 / foam flooding in Honghe Oilfield.
