学习《邓小平文选》第三卷,感触颇深的是他在新时期的用人标准。在用人标准问题上.邓小平同志曾在不同的场合,从不同的角度,作过反复精辟的论述。尤其在党的十一届三中全会以来,在我们党确定了“一个中心,两个基本点”的基本路线和形成“三步走”的发展战略之后,邓小平同志对这个问题的论述更为突出和集中,赋予了崭新的时代内涵。我感受最深的有以下六个基本观: 一、政治上强 在用人标准上.邓小平同志站在马克思主义的立场上.从党的命运、国家的前途和人民利益出发,提出了首先要政治上强.要有坚定的政治理想和政治信念。他指出:“根据我长期从事政治和军事活动的经验,我认为,最重要的是人的团结,要团结就要有共同的理想和坚定
