游戏是一种积极有效的教学手段。小学的体育教学中合理科学地安排游戏可以提高教学质量。那么,在体育教学中如何科学地运用游戏呢?我浅谈几点不成熟的看法。一、根据教学内容合理选择游戏从教学内容出发,结合本课学生的实际情况选择游戏内容。课堂教学的不同阶段,选择游戏的出发点也就不同。如准备部分选择游戏要考虑集中注意力和学生热身两方面的要求,基本部分可选择有助于完成主要教学任务的游戏,结束部分则可选择有助于学生心率减慢、兴奋性降低的游戏,使学生机体尽快恢复到常态的游戏情绪上得到调节,在体力上得到恢复,有助于学生尽快消除疲劳。
