目前,我国企业的发展面临着很多机遇,但是,经济不断发展,市场竞争愈发激烈的形势下,企业在面临机遇的同时,也一样承担着很大风险。企业想要发展,想要在日益激烈的竞争总利于不败之地,那么,就要不断的提高其综合实力,提高企业的实力主要从经济建设与思想道德建设两个方面做起,要坚持两手抓,两手都要硬的原则。人力资源管理能够有效的调整企业内部人才的结构,实现其最大的限度的优化与控制。思想政治工作,作为我党的重要工作内容,在企业人力资源管理中的全面应用,能够对其发展方向以及个人行为作出正确的引导和规范,是提高企业人才思想道德水平与主观能动性重要手段。在企业发展的过程中,发挥了及其重要的作用。
