长波电台及联合舰队事件是20世纪50年代影响中苏关系的标志性事件。但若笼统地认为这一事件之所以导致中苏交恶,是因为苏联的这一提议损害了中国的国家主权,则显武断。本文认为自1957年以来中苏两国在内外政策上的巨大歧异,是造成这一事件及其恶果的根本原因,而这种歧异又通过赫鲁晓夫在执行对华政策时的不谨慎和毛泽东对此类问题的高度敏感之间形成的巨大反差表现出来。
The longwave radio and the joint fleet incident were landmark events that affected the Sino-Soviet relations in the 1950s. However, if the general reason why this incident led to the hostility between China and the Soviet Union is because the Soviet proposal undermines China’s national sovereignty, it is arbitrary. This paper argues that the great discrepancies between China and the Soviet Union in the internal and external policies since 1957 are the root causes of this incident and its consequences, and this discrepancy is further criticized by Khrushchov’s carelessness in implementing the China policy The great contrast between Mao Zedong and the highly sensitive of such issues is manifested.
