本文从理论上证明了用平形砂轮磨削圆锥轴承内圈锥型挡边的可行性。首先建立了磨削锥型挡边的平形砂轮的理想型面方程,并且分析了用简化的圆锥型面代替该理想型面来磨削锥型挡边所产生的廓形误差;然后讨论了轴承内圈在电磁无心夹具上的定位偏心量e、偏心方向角γ和平形砂轮主轴轴线相对头架主轴轴线的中心高H对廓形误差的影响规律。研究表明:合理选取e、γ和H值,使H+ecosγ=0,就可以磨削出精确的锥型挡边。
This paper proves the feasibility of grinding the tapered inner rib of the cone bearing with the flat grinding wheel theoretically. Firstly, the ideal profile equation of the flat grinding wheel with tapered cone was established, and the contour error caused by grinding tapered cone with simplified conical profile was analyzed. Then, the bearing The influence of the positioning eccentricity e, the eccentricity angle γ and the profile error of the inner ring on the electromagnetic incentive fixture in relation to the center height H of the flat grinding wheel spindle axis relative to the spindle axis of the headstock. The results show that the accurate conical rib can be ground by selecting e, γ and H values reasonably and H + ee ee γ = 0.
