洁霉素即林肯霉素(Lincomycin),系淀粉、葡萄糖等20余种原料生产而成。所排放的废水pH值为5.3~10.3,色度高达600~714倍,化学需氧量(CODcr)为16 000~32 100 mg/L.生化需氧量(BODs)为5 000~16 820 mg/L,且其中含有残余的洁霉素,对厌氧、好氧微生物均有抑制作用,因而处理技术难度大,目前国内各生产厂均未作处理。本文在土霉素生产废水处理技术研究的基础上,分别用生物化学和物理化学方法对该废水的处理进行了详细的研究。
