目的:对镍钛欧米茄弓结合Ⅲ类牵引固定矫治乳牙反的临床疗效进行探讨。方法:随机抽取我院在2011年1月-2013年12月治疗的40例乳牙反患儿,通过镍钛欧米茄弓结合Ⅲ类牵引固定矫治对患儿的乳牙进行固定矫治,对患儿的治疗效果进行观察与分析。结果:40例患儿均使用镍钛欧米茄弓结合Ⅲ类牵引固定矫治的方法进行治疗,前牙反治疗时间为3~17 d,平均时间为10 d;而后牙反治疗时间为20~90 d,平均治疗时间49 d,且患儿在矫治期间未出现乳牙伸长、扭转以及脱落等现象,一小部分患儿的前牙出现细微的间隙。结论:镍钛欧米茄弓结合Ⅲ类牵引固定矫治乳牙反治疗中的应用,不仅能够为患儿建立最佳的颌骨矢状关系,保护患儿颌面部的第二生长期的正确性与优良度,大大改善患儿的面部结构,有效保证了患儿的矫治结果,降低了患儿的复发率,具有良好的稳定性与矫治彻底性,具有非常重要的意义,值得在临床治疗中进行大范围的推广与应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ni-Ti Omega combined with Class Ⅲ traction fixation for the treatment of deciduous teeth. Methods: Forty cases of deciduous children with anti-pediatric decoction treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly selected.
