目的:探讨氧气驱动万托林与爱全乐雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将60例哮喘患儿平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组给予常规对症治疗;研究组在此基础上应用氧气驱动万托林与爱全乐雾化吸入治疗。结果:研究组治疗的总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的平均住院时间为(4.25±1.25)d,显著低于对照组的(6.34±2.16)d(P<0.05)。结论:氧气驱动万托林与爱全乐雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘,疗效显著,可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,减少住院治疗时间,适于临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of oxygen-driven wan-lin-lin and Ai-Quan-Le aerosolized inhalation on pediatric asthma. Methods: 60 asthmatic children were equally divided into study group and control group. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment; on the basis of this, the research group used oxygen to drive Wan Toulin and AstraZeneca aerosol inhalation therapy. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%, P <0.05). The average length of hospital stay in the study group was (4.25 ± 1.25) days, significantly lower than that in the control group (6.34 ± 2.16) days (P <0.05). Conclusion: Oxygen-driven Wan Toulin aerosol inhalation treatment of children with asthma, significant effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and reduce hospitalization time, suitable for clinical promotion.
