为加强图书馆与读者之间的联系,发挥读者检查、监督图书馆读者服务工作的作用,并通过他们反馈信息,改进本馆的管理和读者服务工作。中山图书馆经过广泛征求本馆与读者有直接和间接联系的业务部门的意见,决定成立读者工作委员会,并于一九九一年四月十七日下午,在本馆报告厅举行成立大会。读者工作委员会成员由各有关业务部门提供名单,经馆领导审定,确定由三十位读者组成。在确定成员名单时,我们注意在职业、学历、学科、年龄各方面进行合理的选择,力求更广泛、更有代表性,更能表达各层次,各类型读者的心声。
In order to strengthen the link between the library and the readers, readers should be checked and supervised on the service functions of the library readers. Through their feedback, the library management and service of the readers should be improved. After extensively soliciting the opinions of the business departments with direct and indirect contact with its readers, the Zhongshan Library decided to set up a working committee for readers and hold an inaugural meeting in the Lecture Hall of the Museum on the afternoon of April 17, 1991. The members of the Readers’ Working Committee are provided by the relevant business departments for their list, which is examined and approved by the leaders of the library and is made up of thirty readers. In determining the list of members, we pay attention to making reasonable choices in all fields of work, education, discipline and age so as to strive for wider representation and more representativeness and to express the aspirations of readers of all levels and types.
