上海医药工业研究院在药物化学领域的科研实力为业界所公认,在该领域的专利申请量也一直位居前列。本文从专利申请量趋势、法律状态、专利区域分布、申请主题、共同申请人、发明人以及PCT和外国申请等角度,对该院在药物化学领域的专利申请状况进行了分析和综述,并对该机构在药物化学领域的专利申请以及知识产权布局状况进行分析和解读,为国内相关研发机构和企业在该领域的专利保护策略以及知识产权布局提供一定的建议。
Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry research strength recognized by the industry, the number of patent applications in this area has also been at the forefront.
