心得安系β受体阻滞剂,近年文献报道应用心得安治疗偏头痛效果满意。笔者单用心得安治疗偏头痛30例,现将治疗效果介绍如下。对象与方法 1.病例选择:本组30例均排除眼、耳、鼻口腔疾病引起的头痛,偏头痛是指由于血管舒缩功能失调,头颅动脉异常扩张而引起的搏动性头痛,称为血管性头痛。本组患者男10例,女20例,男女比例1∶2,年龄分布在19～66岁。病程1个月～20年,一年以上者27例,占90％。30例中21例曾用麦角胺咖啡因片剂、谷维素、脑宁等治疗无效。 2.治疗方法:本组给药剂量为心得安20mg,一
