世界贸易组织专家组9月29日就“中国诉美国禽肉进口限制措施案”发布裁决报告,裁定美国《2009年综合拨款法》关于限制从中国进口禽肉的条款不符合世贸组织规则。
On September 29, the World Trade Organization expert group issued a ruling on the “China v. United States Poultry Import Restrictions Act” and ruled that the provisions of the United States Comprehensive Consolidation Appropriation Act 2009 that restrict the import of poultry meat from China do not comply with the WTO rules .
