侦查监督在检察院的工作中占有重要地位,然而,立法上的缺陷,制度、机制上的不完备不健全等都导致我国的侦查监督存在种种不尽如人意的地方。本文结合实际,重点剖析侦查监督工作中存在的问题及成因,探讨完善侦查监督职能的对策,以期能够强化法律监督,更好地维护社会公平正义。
Investigation and supervision occupy an important position in the work of the procuratorate. However, the defects in the legislation, the imperfect system and mechanism, etc. all lead to various unsatisfactory situations in our country’s investigation and supervision. Based on the actual situation, this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes in the investigation and supervision, and discusses the countermeasures to improve the investigation and supervision functions, with a view to strengthening legal supervision and maintaining social fairness and justice.
