在全国政协会议上,李文珊委员就企业文化建设问题已经先后做过3次书面发言。第一次是在八届五次会议上,题目是《努力建设具有时代精神的企业文化》;第二次是在九届二次会议上,题目为《再谈企业文化》;第三次是在九届三次会议上,题目是《三谈关于企业文化建设问题》。在今年召开的全国政协九届四次会议上,李文珊委员再次就企业文化问题发言,表现了一位老文化工作者对文化事业的关爱与热情,对此,我们深表敬意,非常感动。对前3次发言,我刊以前从不同角度作过报道,现在我们把他的《四谈企业文化建设》原文刊出。
At the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Li Wenshan has already made three written statements on the issue of corporate culture construction. The first time was at the 5th meeting of the 8th session. The topic was “Strive to build a corporate culture with the spirit of the times”. The second time was at the second session of the 9th session. The topic was “Re-talk about corporate culture”. The third time was At the third session of the ninth session, the topic was “Three Talks on Corporate Culture Construction.” At the Fourth Session of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee held this year, Li Wenshan once again spoke on the issue of corporate culture and expressed the care and enthusiasm of an old culture worker for cultural undertakings. We are very much respected and very moved by this. Regarding the first three speeches, our journal had previously made reports from different perspectives. Now we publish the text of his “Four Talks on Corporate Culture Construction”.
