随着改革开放和现代化建设的深入,特别是社会主义市场经济体制的建立,给我们党的建设提出了一个新的课题:在发展社会主义市场经济中,市场经济原则会不会进入党的政治生活,给党的建设带来消极影响?党性原则会不会进入经济领域,阻碍市场经济的发展?这个问题实质上就是市场经济原则与党性原则的关系问题.对待这个问题人们有着不同的看法,可归纳为两种:一种看法认为,市场经济原则反映市场经济发展的客观规律,是市场经济必须遵循的原则;党性原则是无产阶级阶级性的集中表现,反映党内政治生活的规律,是党内生活必须遵循的原则.这是两个不同范畴的不同概念,是互不相干的平行关系.另一种看法认为,市场经济原则与党性原则是两个根本对立的关系,市场经济原则决不能引入党内政治生活,否则党内就会产生消极腐败现象,丧失党的先进性;也不能以党性原则去指导经济工作,否则市场经济就会受到损失.
