中国共产党在延安时期的廉洁政治是一座丰碑。延安时期之所以能形成良好的廉洁政治风气,主要原因在于:为人民服务的价值取向的确立,为确保延安党员干部的廉洁起了思想导向作用;完善的民主选举、民主监督,为延安党员干部的廉洁起了制度保障作用;艰苦奋斗的作风和优良的干群关系,为延安党员干部的廉洁起了民主监督作用;战争环境和敌对力量的强大,为延安党员干部的廉洁起了外在促进作用。延安的廉洁风貌,给当今社会及后世提供了积极有益的启示:廉洁文化的建设必须以真实生活为根据,廉洁政治、廉政制度、廉洁文化要三管齐下,领导干部以身作则是廉政的关键。
