目前,我省栽培的油菜,特别是江淮地区播种面积较大的白菜型油菜,品种混杂退化,影响产量的提高.据1979—1980年我们对引种五年多的武油1号调查,从其形态特征上看,就有子叶幼茎紫色与绿色,长柄叶全缘与锯齿缺刻花叶,叶色深与浅,刺毛有与无,角果长圆与扁平,果线深与浅,果皮厚与薄即裂角性强与弱,粒色褐红、黑乌、橙黄、黄,抗逆性强与弱等差别,表现出庞杂的多样性.后来,在两年中我们又到社队进行了20个点的调查,发现白菜型油菜大田混杂百分率为9.08—15.66%,菌核病病情指数达13.69%,倒伏较重,亩产量138—152斤,比引进时亩产220斤下降28.2—37%,甘蓝型油菜型杂率也有1.95—11.72%平均5.58%.为了对油菜良种进行复壮、提纯和选出新的品系,尽快应用于生产,在前人认识的基础上,我
