棉尘症组的IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE、总补体、C3值各指标在高粉尘浓度时较低尘浓度时有增加趋势,而Tc则相反.经统计学处理有明显差异(P<0.05).高工龄组的IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE值较低工龄组高,Tc呈明显规律性降低.作者认为.棉生症的发病不仅有体液免疫因素参与,且细胞免疫功能低下也与发病有一定关系。
