目的:考察注射用氯唑西林钠和利巴韦林注射液在0.9%氯化钠和5%葡萄糖注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法:在25℃条件下,观察配伍液在6h内的外观、pH值变化,并用高效液相色谱法测定其含量变化。结果:两药配伍后,6h内各项指标均无显著性变化。结论:注射用氯唑西林钠与利巴韦林注射液在0.9%氯化钠及5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后在室温6h内基本稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the compatibility of cloxacillin sodium and ribavirin injection in 0.9% sodium chloride and 5% glucose injection. Methods: The appearance and pH value of the compatibilizing liquid within 6h were observed under the condition of 25 ℃. The content of the compatibilizing liquid was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: After the compatibility of the two drugs, there was no significant change in each index within 6 hours. Conclusion: The combination of cloxacillin sodium and ribavirin injection in 0.9% sodium chloride and 5% glucose injection is stable within 6h at room temperature.
