安徽省机动抢险队成立于1997年,基地设在安徽省淮河河道管理局蚌埠闸工程管理处。3年来,该抢险队积极引进防汛抢险新设备、新工艺,不断强化管理,抢险技能和综合实力不断提高,多次出色完成长江、淮河的抢险任务,受到了上级领导表彰和群众的热情称赞。目前,该队主要从事检修抢险和潜水堵漏,特别是水下割焊属“科技防洪”之典范。该队针对今年淮河汛情预报,积极储备抢险物质,加强内部管理,实行24小时值班待命,并组织有关水利专家针对不同险情,制定相应的抢险预案,并多次组织队员学习、演练。进一步提高了抢险队的机动性、快速性及涵闸处理急、难、险、重的抢险能力。
Anhui mobile rescue team was established in 1997, the base is located in Anhui Province Huaihe River Management Bureau Bengbu Gate Management Office. Over the past three years, the rescue team actively introduced new equipment and techniques for flood control and emergency rescue, continuously strengthened management, continually improved its emergency rescue skills and overall strength, and successfully completed the rescue missions in the Yangtze River and Huaihe River many times. It was praised by the leaders at higher levels and the enthusiasm of the masses. At present, the team is mainly engaged in maintenance and rescue diving and plugging, in particular underwater welding is a “technology flood control” model. The team for this year’s Huaihe flood forecast, and actively reserve emergency supplies, strengthen internal management, the implementation of 24 hours on standby, and organize the water experts for different dangerous situations, to formulate the corresponding rescue plan, and repeatedly organize team members to learn and practice. Further enhance the mobility of the rescue team, fastness and Culvert handle urgent, difficult, dangerous and heavy rescue capabilities.
