目的 了解我部战士的营养状况。方法 采用 3d膳食称量法进行膳食调查 ,按标准方法进行体格检查 ,并随机抽取 2 6 3名战士进行血红蛋白、血钙、血铁、尿维生素C的测定。结果 三大营养素摄入量达到标准 ,但钙及维生素B2 摄入不足 ;身高发育属中等 ,按BMI评价方法 ,调查人群中 ,体格发育标准者占 82 % ,消瘦者占 12 % ,肥胖者占 5 4 9% ;生化结果血红蛋白、血铁均正常 ,平均血钙虽达到标准 ,但低于正常值者占调查人群的 39% ,所占比例较大 ;维生素C含量严重缺乏 ,低于正常值者占 92 %。结论 我部战士营养状况基本良好 ,建议合理调整膳食结构 ,注意食品多样化 ,提高谷类、豆类、蔬菜类的摄入 ,尤其是豆类
Objective To understand the nutritional status of soldiers in our department. Methods The dietary survey was conducted by 3-d diet weighing method. Physical examination was conducted according to standard methods. A total of 263 fighters were randomly selected for hemoglobin, serum calcium, serum iron and urine vitamin C determination. Results The intake of the three nutrients reached the standard, but the intake of calcium and vitamin B2 was inadequate. The height development was moderate. According to the BMI evaluation method, among the surveyed population, the standard of physical development accounted for 82%, the weight loss accounted for 12%, the obesity accounted for 5 4 9%; biochemical results hemoglobin, blood iron were normal, although the average blood calcium reached the standard, but less than the normal population accounted for 39% of the survey population, a larger proportion; a serious lack of vitamin C, lower than normal Accounted for 92%. Conclusion The nutrition status of soldiers in our department is basically good. It is suggested that the dietary structure should be adjusted reasonably, pay attention to the diversification of food, and increase the intake of grains, beans and vegetables, especially beans
