近年来,针对香港经济发展的实际状况和特区政府面临的巨大压力,中央政府采取了一系列积极的财政措施。其中最具影响力的是,内地与香港建立更紧密经贸关系的安排,经过一年多时间的磋商目前已取得显著成果。 中央决定“紧密经贸安排”的磋商方案要充分考虑香港方面的意见,要全力支持香港的经济发展,以加强内地与香港的经济往来为原则,在维护内地正常贸易秩序及实施有效监管的前提下,香港与内地就投资便利化、货物贸易和服务贸易等
In recent years, in response to the actual economic development in Hong Kong and the tremendous pressure on the SAR government, the Central Government has taken a series of proactive fiscal measures. Among them, the most influential one is that the Mainland and Hong Kong have set up closer economic and trade relations arrangements and have achieved remarkable results so far after more than one year of consultation.
