构建和谐社会要求坚持以人为本,切实解决人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的问题。人事档案是在各种类型档案中与公民个人关系最为密切的一种档案,在劳动就业、办理和领取社会保险待遇等职工最关心、最直接的问题中都离不开人事档案。随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,与个人利益有密切关系的人事档案纠纷屡屡出现,形成人与社会的“不和谐”之音。创新人事档案管理,实现人事档案管理社会化、人格化、信息网络化,可以使人事档案更好地为构建社会主义和谐社会服务。
Building a harmonious society requires that people should be adhered to and people’s most concerned, most direct and realistic problems must be effectively solved. Personnel files are the files most closely related to citizens and individuals in various types of files.
