三异丁基硫化膦(TiBPS)对金、银、钯等贵金属都具有良好的萃取性能。在硝酸体系中,TiBPS萃取钯的适宜酸度范围较宽,是从模拟高放废液中回收钯的良好萃取剂。为了考察TiBPS处理真实高放废液的可行性,对比研究了60Coγ源辐照前后的TiBPS萃取性能。如图1所示,未辐照样品在HNO3浓度为0.5~4mol/L范围内,TiBPS对Pd(Ⅱ)的萃取率(E)随酸度增加而增加,当溶液硝酸浓度大于2mol/L时,对钯的萃取率达到99.9%以上;辐照后样品在不同硝酸浓度下对钯的萃
Triisobutyl phosphine sulfide (TiBPS) on gold, silver, palladium and other precious metals have good extraction performance. In nitric acid system, TiBPS extraction of palladium a wide range of suitable acidity, is a good extraction of palladium from simulated high-level waste liquid extractant. In order to investigate the feasibility of treating TiBPS with high-level liquid waste, the TiBPS extraction performance before and after 60Coγ irradiation was compared. As shown in Fig. 1, the extraction rate (E) of Ti (superscript 2+) increases with the increase of acidity when the concentration of HNO3 is in the range of 0.5-4 mol / L.
