随着市场经济发展速度的加快,建筑行业取得了迅速发展。建筑行业已成为我国国民经济的重要支柱,因而逐渐的面临非常广阔的发展前景。现今,现代化建设进程的不断加快也提高了当前建筑工程的造价,对建筑工程造价进行有效的控制和管理,已经成为我国建设企业需要提起高度重视的热点课题。本文将从建筑工程设计阶段、招投标阶段、建设阶段和竣工结算阶段入手,提出了合理控制工程造价的有效措施,以使建设项目获得最好的经济社会效益。
With the accelerated development of market economy, the construction industry has achieved rapid development. The construction industry has become an important pillar of our national economy, and therefore gradually faces a very broad development prospects. Nowadays, the accelerating process of modernization has also raised the cost of current construction projects. The effective control and management of the construction cost has become a hot issue that China’s construction enterprises need to attach great importance to. This article will start with the design stage, bidding stage, construction stage and completion settlement stage of the construction project, and put forward effective measures to control the construction cost reasonably so that the construction project can obtain the best economic and social benefits.
