With the expansion of medical knowledge in the 20th century, there has been a specialization movement corresponding to it. Scientific information on medicine has doubled almost every ten years, and the proliferation of medical technical information has prompted clinicians to continue to limit their professional scope in order to acquire sufficient scientific knowledge. On the military side, it has a unique influence on specialization. Wartime doctors who are willing to conduct special training can be postponed.
