十三五规划逐步践行以来,提升职业教育发展速度备受党中央、国务院重视,作为经济发展重要基础元素的高职教育,是面向生产服务一线贡献智慧力量的源泉,高职院校将更多多元化技术人才、高素质创新人才推向社会,职业课程教育决定人才技能高低,职业素养培养影响人才综合素质,目前我国在高职课程教学方面还存在一些问题,基于此,文章对高职教育教学改革做简要概述,为培养职业素养与课程教学改革结合做出设想,即为职业素养视角下高职课程教学改革提出建议,以期为相关领域的研究提供有价值的参考。
