一、工程概况江苏纺织市场工程为五层现浇混凝土框架,建筑面积13000m~2。1991年3月拆房完毕,要求五一节底层营业。针对工程要求急,作业面小,对市区交通影响小的要求,我厂商品砼站和无锡市第三建筑工程公司走访了苏州混凝土水泥制品研究院,并经试验和了解类似工程后,决定采用AT缓凝高效减水剂配制早强型泵送商品混凝土。结果取得了从浇地基混凝土到底层营业仅用25天的记录,增加营业额300多万元。二、原材料安徽宁国水泥厂525号普通硅酸盐水泥:河砂,细度模数2.80;碎石,粒径5～30mm,其中5～15mm的连续粒径和15～30mm的单粒径,比例为3∶7;自来水;AT缓凝高效减水剂。三、早强型泵送砼的配合比
