我们人工耳蜗协作组于1984年使用自制人工电子耳蜗治疗二例重度神经性耳聋的病人,效果良好。材料和方法一、自制人工电子耳蜗我们使用的人工电子耳蜗是由协作组自制的单导和多导电极耳蜗,分别为1根和4根刺激电极并均有1根参考电极。该电极的可靠性已获1985年国际人工电子耳蜗会议的认可。语言处理器用 Pfingst 介绍的神经生理学基础方案。二、病例选择听力损失在100dB 以上的耳蜗性耳聋病人,有语言能力,无颅内占位性病变和中耳乳突炎症,智力良好者。三、术式采用 Banfai 氏术式,耳后进路。术中处理详见病例报告。结果我们治疗二例结果如下。
Our co-cochlear implant team performed well in two patients with severe neurological deafness using homemade artificial cochlear implants in 1984. Materials and Methods I. Homemade artificial cochlear implants We use artificial cochlear implants, which are self-made single-lead and multi-conductive cochlear implants made by the cooperative group, with one and four stimulation electrodes and one reference electrode each. The reliability of this electrode has been approved by the International Artificial Electron Cochlear Conference 1985. The language processor uses the basic neurophysiology program described by Pfingst. Second, the case selection hearing loss in patients with cochlear deafness more than 100dB, a language ability, no intracranial space occupying lesions and otitis media, with good intelligence.
