本文根据铁岭地区89——91年三年病残儿鉴定结果进行分析。发现本地区按致残率高低,依次为脑瘫、先心病、先天性髋脱位、神经性耳聋等为致残多发病。多年来,由于计划生育部门和卫生保健部门的通力协作,出现了可喜的成果,病残率呈逐年下降逐势(如85年和87年比X~2=19.20 P<0.005)。先心病致残率呈下降趋势(85年和87年比X~2=12.6P<0.005有显著差异),是近年来优生优育宣传教育结果.出现孕早期疑为病毒感染妇女终止妊娠的人越来越多。相反脑瘫却呈逐年增加(X~2=17.32P<0.005),通过病史调查,查明原因为窒息、早产、产伤三大原因之和为77.2％,为在我地区实现优生,提出解决问题方法。
