Cr4Mo4V是一种高温材料,国外已广泛地应用此种材料来制造航空高速飞行器中的高温轴承。近年来我国已经成功地研制出高温性能良好的Cr4Mo4V钢,以满足于国防和科学技术发展的需要。 Cr4Mo4V钢中存在着大量Cr、Mo和V碳化物形成的元素,其中每一元素在碳化物相中的数量、组成以及碳化物的类型、形状、分布、颗粒大小等在不同的热处理过程中发生着较大的变化,同时也决定着钢的最重要的化学——物理性质和机械性能。
