目的探讨视力检查中变距应用的方法改进,提高视力检查的准确性。方法对玉林师范学院140名在校大学生,在视距为5米处不能辨认4.0视标的216只眼睛,在变距应用中进行了逐米前移检查法和直接2.5米检查法的比较分析。结果逐米前移检查法的准确性优于直接2.5米检查法(t=4.37,p<0.01)。结论在视力检查中,如果在5米处不能辨认4.0视标时,应逐米走近视力表进行检查,以能辨认4.0为准,用4.0减去该距离的校正数值后作为该受检者的实际视力,以提高视力检查的准确性。
Objective To explore ways to improve the visual acuity in visual acuity and to improve the accuracy of acuity examinations. Methods A total of 140 college students at Yulin Teachers ’College of China (Yulin Teachers’ College) who can not identify 216 eyes of 4.0 optotypes at a sight distance of 5 meters were compared and analyzed. Results The accuracy of the meter-by-meter examination was better than that of the direct 2.5 meter test (t = 4.37, p <0.01). Conclusion In the visual acuity test, if the visual mark of 4.0 can not be discerned at 5 meters, it should be approached by the meter by meter to check the visual acuity, so as to be able to identify 4.0, subtract the corrected value of the distance from 4.0 as the subject The actual visual acuity to improve visual acuity accuracy.
