奥美拉唑(omeprazole,Ome,商品名洛赛克,Losec),是一种不同于H_2受体抑制剂的新的胃酸分泌抑制剂,其作用机制为选择性抑制壁细胞膜中H~+-K~+-ATP酶,阻断胃酸分泌的最终步骤。其抗胃酸分泌作用强,持续时间长,无反跳现象,广泛用于消化性溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、反流性食管炎、卓埃综合征(ZES)等疾病的治疗。随着临床应用日益广泛,其不良反应也逐渐增多。
Omeprazole (Omeprazole, Losec) is a new gastric acid secretion inhibitor which is different from H 2 receptor inhibitors. Its mechanism of action is to selectively inhibit the H ~ + - K ~ + -ATPase, the final step in blocking gastric acid secretion. Its anti-gastric acid secretion strong, long duration, no rebound phenomenon, widely used in peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zhuai syndrome (ZES) and other diseases. With the increasingly wide range of clinical applications, its adverse reactions are gradually increasing.
