随着城镇化进程的加快,我国建筑行业出现高速发展的趋势,许多高层、多功能建筑如雨后春般拔地而起。在这种高层类型的建筑物中,钢筋混凝土是建筑工程最重要的材料,而桩基础是其中被广泛应用的一种基础形式。对于灌注桩而言,一方面它具有多种优势的特点,高机械化程度使工期大大缩短,同时节约了许多建筑材料,施工比较简便;但另一方面,作为灌注桩技术类型之一,混凝土钻孔灌注桩在施工中因为比较隐蔽,过程难以被监管,如果出现质量问题难以发现,所以这就对钻孔灌注技术提出了更高的技术要求。
