1月11日,李方平等8位律师、学者向国务院寄出《公民建议书》,认为“农民工”称谓存在歧视成分,不利于推进户籍制度改革,提请国务院在行政法规、部门规章及政府行文中变更“农民工”称谓,并借此推动城乡户籍平权。深圳人大代表则建议使用“援建者”这一称谓,将其作为一个专用名词使用,以体现没有歧视、体现尊重。
