有許多国家对用作水泥混合材的粒化高炉矿渣的錳含量都有一定限制,认为錳的存在对矿渣和水泥的活性都有影响;但也有許多学者认为錳含量多的旷渣,仍可以用作混合材,生产出质量良好的矿渣硅酸盐水泥。究竟矿渣中錳以何种形态存在,它們对矿渣和水泥活性有何影响,錳含量限制多少为合适,探明这些問題,就有利于扩大水泥混合材的范围,使錳矿渣得到充分利用。現根据有关資料及我們进行的一些試驗研究工作,对上述問題探討如下。
Many countries have certain limitations on the manganese content of granulated blast furnace slag used as a cement admixture. It is believed that the presence of manganese has an impact on the activity of slag and cement; however, many scholars believe that slag with high manganese content can still be used. Used as a mixed material to produce a good quality slag Portland cement. What kind of manganese in the slag in what form, they have any effect on the slag and cement activity, manganese content is limited to how much is appropriate, to ascertain these issues, it will help expand the scope of cement mixing materials, make full use of manganese slag. Based on the relevant information and some of our experimental research work, the above issues are discussed below.
