目的探究脑血栓患者使用临床优质护理的效果。方法选取我院收治的160例脑血栓患者作为研究目标,随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组使用优质护理模式。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理之后观察组的健康知识掌握程度、规范用药、合理功能训练、治疗依从性等评分都要明显高于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组的护理总满意度98.75%明显高于对照组的68.75%(P<0.05)。结论脑血栓患者护理当中应用优质护理效果理想,确保患者将神经功能改善,临床应用价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of using clinical quality nursing care in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 160 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 80 cases each. The control group received routine nursing mode and the observation group used high-quality nursing mode. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results After the nursing, the observation group’s health knowledge mastery, standardized medication, reasonable functional training and treatment compliance were all significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 68.75% of the group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing care in patients with cerebral thrombosis ideal results to ensure that patients with improved neurological function, clinical application of high value.
