今年以来,中国贸易出口增幅回落,引起了广泛的关注,不少人担心中国出口“崩盘”。然而,新发布的9月份外贸数据表明,上述担忧不少属于过虑。就总体而言,中国出口议价能力正趋向增强。而传统出口商品议价能力的增强不可能一蹴而就,而是要经过一个比较长、不无痛苦的订单“外流—回流”过程。
Since the beginning of this year, the drop in the growth rate of China’s trade exports has drawn wide attention and many people are worried that China’s exports will “collapse.” However, the newly released September foreign trade data show that many of these concerns are worrisome. On the whole, China’s export bargaining power is on the rise. However, the enhancement of the bargaining power of traditional export commodities can not be accomplished in one go, but rather through a rather long, painless order “outflow - return ” process.
