通过对四家服装企业的调研 ,分析了服装企业激励机制的现状 ,运用激励理论 ,提出了激励机制优化对策 ,其中有的对策已通过实践检验 ,证明切实有效
Through the investigation of four apparel companies, the status quo of the incentive mechanism of the garment enterprises was analyzed, and incentive strategies were used to propose strategies for optimizing the incentive mechanism. Some of the strategies have been tested in practice and proved to be effective.
