给7只家兔使用两种炎痛喜康栓剂和一种片剂,用HPLC法研究这两种剂型的相对生物利用度。结果显示:栓剂的药-时曲线下面积(AUC)与片剂没有显著差异,位C_m较片剂高。体内吸收％与体外溶出％有良好的相关性。
Two indomethacin suppositories and one tablet were administered to seven rabbits and the relative bioavailability of the two dosage forms was studied by HPLC. The results showed that the area under the drug-time curve (AUC) of the suppository was not significantly different from that of the tablet, and the C_m was higher than the tablet. In vivo absorption% and in vitro dissolution% has a good correlation.
