目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者空腹血清脂联素水平的变化。方法:随机选择OSAHS患者组和正常对照组各40例,OSAHS患者组根据体质指数(BMI)分为肥胖组(BMI≥25,26例)和非肥胖组(BMI<25,14例)2个亚组。进行整夜睡眠呼吸监测,用酶联免疫方法测血清脂联素浓度。结果:①扣除BMI的影响后,OSAHS患者组的血清脂联素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。②OSAHS患者组无论肥胖与否血清脂联素水平均与BMI、AHI呈负相关,与最低血氧饱和度呈正相关。结论:除外年龄、BMI因素的影响,OSAHS患者的空腹血清脂联素水平降低。OSAHS患者脂联素水平的降低独立于年龄、BMI与其AHI和最低血氧饱和度存在相关性,推测OSAHS是引起血浆脂联素水平降低的原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of fasting serum adiponectin in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods: Forty OSAHS patients and 40 normal controls were randomly selected. The OSAHS patients were divided into two groups according to body mass index (BMI): obese group (BMI≥25, 26 cases) and non-obese group (BMI <25,14 cases) Subgroup. Overnight sleep respiration monitoring, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay serum adiponectin concentration. Results: ① After the influence of BMI, the level of serum adiponectin in patients with OSAHS was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). ②OSAHS patients obesity or whether serum adiponectin levels were negatively correlated with BMI, AHI, and the lowest oxygen saturation was positively correlated. Conclusion: Excluding the influence of age and BMI, fasting serum adiponectin levels in OSAHS patients decreased. OSAHS patients with adiponectin levels decreased independently of age, BMI and its AHI and the lowest oxygen saturation correlation exists speculated that OSAHS is one of the causes of plasma adiponectin levels.
