报道了应用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定东北紫杉提取物中紫杉醇的含量。色谱柱：Ｓｈｉｍ－ｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ（６．０Ｘ１５０ｍｍ），流动相由甲醇一水（６５：３５）组成，供试品能在较短时间内完全出峰，且达到较好的分离。该法专一、简便、灵敏度高，适用于常规分析。
A reversed-phase HPLC method was used to determine the content of paclitaxel in Taxus cuspidate extract. Column: Shim-packCLC-ODS (6.0X150mm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (65:35). The sample could completely peak in a relatively short time and achieve a good separation. This method is specific, simple, and highly sensitive for routine analysis.
