我们从1954年成立技术组以来,正式进行试验到现在快三年了,共进行了76项试验,有结果的46项,正在进行试验的有20项。技术组人员由1957年5人发展到现在8人,其中高小毕业生5人、初中毕业生2人,1人不够高小程度。根据各人不同的爱好分成不同的专业,进行试验研究工作,其中三人负责作物试验,一人负责病虫害,一人负责新式农具,一人负责园艺,一人负责气象配录,一人为机动力量。技术组的成员没有在专门学校学习过,主要是大家一起研究,不懂就问,不会就学。有关技术操作的,不懂就问老农。理论上有不明确的就问有关单位。由于农校实习的学生、试验站、农业科学研究所的帮助和指导,我们水平很快有了提高。
Since we established our technical team in 1954, we have been officially conducting experiments for nearly three years now. We conducted 76 tests, 46 of them were completed and 20 were undergoing tests. Due to the help and guidance of students from agricultural school internships, experimental stations, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, our level has improved rapidly.
