现代企业物资仓储管理包括维持企业正常运转的各类物资的采购、存储、供应等环节内容,需从整个企业的宏观发展角度出发,有力地统筹物资供应体系,使物资管理的各个环节能够得到有效的保障。鉴于此,本文通过对物资仓储管理基本面的概述,分析了物资仓储管理在实践中存在的问题,并藉此提出了改善其管理效能的工作建议,以期对相关工作的开展提供一定的启示。
Modern enterprise material warehousing management includes the procurement, storage and supply of all kinds of materials for normal operation of the enterprise. From the perspective of macroeconomic development of the entire enterprise, the material supply and management system should be effectively integrated so that all aspects of material management can be effectively implemented Protection. In view of this, through the overview of the fundamentals of material storage management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice of material storage management and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve its management efficiency so as to provide some enlightenment for the development of related work.
