提起烤串,很多人马上会想到街头新疆风味的烤羊肉串。由于环保、食用卫生等问题,现在在北京街头烤羊肉串几乎消声灭迹了。而近一两年来,一种让人耳目一新的“串吧”餐厅悄然出现,给原本让人喜欢,而又遭到诸多非议的烤串带来了一种新的饮食文化概念。前不久,经好友指点,记者走进了位于北四环的同聚福串吧,去体验了一下全新的串文化。简单而又不失情调的装修、看似朴实无华而又颇具心思的桌椅、餐具的选择,都表达出一种与众不同的文化品位和休闲理念。据北京同聚福餐饮有限公司刘书挥总经理介绍,同聚福串吧开业一年生意非常好,主要客源是年轻人,每到晚上都客满为患。他们这里的烤串有海鲜、肉类、蔬菜、玉米等百余个品种,价格多数在2-5元。还推出许多如特色疙瘩汤、海鲜焖锅等与烤串配合食用。年轻人聚会,三五个人,要些烤串,喝着啤酒,点一盆疙瘩汤,每人不过20元左右,花钱不多,却非常惬意。由于采用环保的烤制排烟设备和精选的原料,自制的腌料和烤料,保证了环保和食用卫生。新春到来之即“,串吧”不失为一个聚会的好去处。
