为提高混凝土的工作性能和耐久性,降低工程造价,天津117大厦主楼桩基混凝土拟采用超保塑自密实混凝土。本工程通过优选原材料和合理设计配合比,配制满足天津盐碱地区的地下环境和施工要求的高耐久性高性能混凝土,其耐久性的各项指标满足设计及规范要求。同时建立了一套质量控制体系,对其它类似工程混凝土的应用具有一定的参考价值。
In order to improve the workability and durability of concrete and reduce the construction cost, the super-plastic self-compacting concrete is proposed to be used in the pile-foundation concrete of the main building of Tianjin 117 Building. The project, through optimizing the raw materials and reasonable design mix, formulates the high durability concrete with high durability meeting the requirements of the underground environment and construction in the saline-alkali area of Tianjin. The indexes of durability meet the design and specification requirements. At the same time, a set of quality control system has been established, which has certain reference value for the application of other similar engineering concrete.
