小组合作学习的基本内涵就是以合作学习小组为基本形式,系统利用教学中动态因素之间的互动,促进学生的学习,以团体的成绩为评价标准,共同达成教学目标的教学活动。在推进课堂教学改革中,作为重点抓手的小组合作学习是每位教师积极探索和强力推荐的。在学校主推组际合作中团队的实施方法和操作方式的基础上,笔者结合课堂教学实际探索组内合作中学生个体的发展,特别是利用组内合作评价制度来引导学生积极参与课堂教学、提高学习
The basic connotation of the group cooperative learning is to take the cooperative learning group as the basic form, to systematically utilize the interaction between the dynamic factors in the teaching, to promote the students’ learning, and to evaluate the criteria based on the group performance, so as to jointly achieve the teaching goal of the teaching activities. In promoting the reform of classroom teaching, as the focus of team cooperation learning is actively explored by each teacher and strongly recommended. Based on the implementation methods and operation mode of the team in the group cooperation, the author explores the development of the individual students in the group combining with the actual teaching in the classroom.
