研究了WC—镍基自熔合金组合粉的组成、制造工艺及各项性能。该类组合粉适合于氧乙炔焰及等离子喷焊法施工,喷焊工艺性能良好,其喷焊层具有优异的耐磨性和耐蚀性。指出喷焊层耐磨料磨损性受WC颗粒间距影响。
The composition, manufacturing process and properties of WC-Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder were studied. This kind of composite powder is suitable for the oxyacetylene flame and plasma spray welding construction, spray welding process performance is good, the spray coating layer has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is pointed out that the wear resistance of the spray coating is affected by the spacing of WC particles.
