国家计划委员会最近正式批准核工业部在川大型企业八二一厂新连铝厂的设计任务书。这标志着该厂在向军民结合型企业过渡,以民为主取得了重大进展,将对缓和本省铝淀长期紧缺情况,发展铝锭制品工业带来好处。
The State Planning Commission recently formally approved the design task book of the Xin Lian Aluminum Plant of the August 21th Nuclear Power Plant in Sichuan Province. This marked the plant’s transition to a joint-service enterprise of the military and the civilian population and significant progress made mainly from the people. It will bring benefits to the industry in alleviating the long-term aluminum shortage in the province and developing the aluminum ingot industry.
